A digital library of components for weapons manufacturers has been launched in Ukraine

The Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine has officially launched a digital platform where manufacturers of weapons and components — including UAVs, NRCs, EW/RER — can find each other, establish partnerships, and expand local production.

How the platform works

Closed database only for verified manufacturers.

Single authorization through "Diya" and verification by an internal moderator - for sellers and buyers.

Easy search for components and reliable partnerships - commercial transactions take place outside the platform.

How to use

Placement of offers:

to place an offer, manufacturers are authorized through "Diya" and are verified by an internal moderator;
for legal entities, authorization is based on an electronic digital signature. Only the manager can create an organization, then the organization's employees can authorize in the system with their electronic signatures;
You can place a product based on the product categories and specifications available in the system. If there is no category, you can write to [email protected] .

Getting information:

to obtain information about components, the PPE manufacturer (buyer) must log in through "Diya";
After authorization, you will have access to product offers and specifications, and can also request the contacts of the component manufacturer.

Contact the manufacturer:

To contact the component manufacturer, a request must be submitted to the system moderator. This approach makes it impossible to collect contact information in bulk and without authorization, the ministry says.

"This is another important step towards reducing dependence on foreign components and scaling up Ukrainian weapons production," noted Anna Hvozdiar.

Recall that in March, the Ukrainian manufacturer of FPV drones Vyriy Drone presented the first serial batch of drones of 1,000 units, which contain only 100% parts of domestic origin.
