Salaries of top-level technical specialists (Engineering Director/VP/Head and Technical Director) are gradually increasing, which cannot be said about CEOs and founders - they do not have positive trends.
This is stated in the DOU study.
The data is based on 184 questionnaires from technical managers of companies, C-level specialists, Directors, and 196 questionnaires from specialists with the title of Head, which were collected in December 2024. All of these specialists live in Ukraine or are currently abroad, but plan to return.

Next come project managers and product managers:
The median salary of CEOs and founders is slightly lower — $5,000. Most often, these are heads of small companies with up to 50 specialists.
The medians for marketing and HR managers are quite close — $4,350 and $4,000.
COOs earn the least among C-level professionals — their median is $2,500.
Engineering Director/VP/Head salaries are gradually increasing: +$163 over the last six months.
The median salary of Technical Directors also increased in half a year: +$1,250.
Non-technical C-level specialists began to earn more: marketers +$1,350 per half year, HR +$1,000.
CEOs/founders and COOs, on the contrary, have negative trends over the past six months: -$1,000 and -$275, respectively.
