Prices for prepaid tariffs at Vodafone will increase from 70 to 120 UAH from December 24. At the same time, there is no such message on the contract tariff pages.
«We have news about changes. From 12/24/24, the cost of the tariff will be 330 UAH/4 weeks. The volume of the service package does not change,» the company notes on the Vodafone Joice Pro tariff page.
Vodafone notes that for customers who made their first call in the tariff from 01.08.2024 to 20.01.2025: the next 3 service packages will cost 260 UAH instead of 330 UAH, provided that there are no other offers on the number.
Messages with this template are available on the pages of other subscription plans. According to them, prices will change as follows:
- Vodafone Turbo will increase from 180 to 270 UAH;
- Vodafone Joice Start will increase from 200 to 270 UAH;
- Vodafone Joice Pro will increase from 260 to 330 UAH;
- Vodafone Joice Max will increase from 330 to 450 UAH.
In addition, a message appeared on the pages of archived Vodafone SuperNet Start tariffs that from 12/24/24 the possibility of connecting to the tariff and activating the «Internet Disconnection» service will be closed.
Recall that in early December, Kyivstar announced a 25% increase in prices for its tariffs. The company assured that subscribers will receive more benefits and services in the tariff: additional minutes for calls to other networks, additional gigabytes of mobile Internet, as well as the ability to connect additional unlimited services.
«The pioneer will collect all the negativity. If others use this correctly, they will be able to increase their subscriber base and, perhaps, demand a smaller increase», — noted the head of the analytical department of Concorde Capital, Oleksandr Parashchiy, in a comment to Forbes.
Ukrtelecom also announced an increase in the price of services. The company is increasing tariffs for fixed telephone and cable radio services. Thus, from January 1, the cost of the «Simple» package will increase from 195 to 255 UAH per month. The «Simple Minimum» tariff will increase from 195 to 249 UAH per month.
