«Come to Zoom every workday»
HR strategist Kateryna Danylevska shared a vacancy that surprised her.
«I thought it was hard to surprise me in recruiting, but the 2025 labor market is saying again: ‘Hold on to your coffee, there’s more to come’… I wonder if you would go into a Zoom like this to watch? right away and without preparation,» she wrote and posted a screenshot.
CEO for 15,000 UAH
Andriy Volkovynskyi, COO, came across a vacancy with an exorbitantly low salary for the position. «CEO for 12–15,000 UAH — is this a new startup format? Yesterday I came across a vacancy for a CEO with a salary of 12,000–15,000 UAH. «At first I thought it was a mistake. Then I thought about it. Is this a CEO with a part-time workweek? Or a position «for experience»? Or maybe a new business model?», he wrote and added screenshots with a description.
However, as Andriy writes, he didn’t have time to respond — the conditions had already changed.
«I was planning to apply for a CEO position with an „interesting“ salary… But I didn’t have time — in half a day the conditions changed, the zero was put back in place. Now everything looks logical. A good reminder that in recruiting, as in business, one number can change everything,» he noted and added a corrected version of the vacancy.
Designer for $350
UI/UX designer Olena Kovalenko writes: «My favorite column is #vsrativakansii. How do you like a salary of $350 in the city of Sumy?».
Test task of the year
Aitivka resident Bohdan Dovgalyuk shared a story from his own experience where he was surprised by a test task. «So the time has come to announce the nominee for the title of «Test Task of 2025». Everything is perfect here:
from the first email message, they don’t plan a meeting with you or discuss your experience, but rather present you with a fact — here’s a test task and you need to complete it for free in 5 days;
an open desire to complete commercial tasks for free;
a detailed and good-natured explanation of why they won’t pay for the test, even though there are jobs for a week.
Here, actually, is the test.
He publishes correspondence with the recruiter.
Super June
Andriy Rogovsky, a resident of Aityta, published a post that contains an algorithm for evaluating Juns. The figures provided are surprising.
«Jun skills requirements and salaries (you’ll be shocked!). I’ve written many times that I have a lot of recruiters in my contacts. One of the recruiters shared with me her assessment of how the market currently evaluates Jun skills in terms of salary offers,» he wrote and added a screenshot.

#Vsrativakansii. Canceling buzzers, booking for casinos, a trap for Juno designers, a encrypted job for $7000, a vibecoder that will replace 10 developers… And a few more shitty candidates
