There is no sense in this comparison — we are in an unpaid debt to everyone and everyone there. 2. «Chartiya» fights according to the principle — soldier first. This means that whatever the task at hand, there is nothing more important than preserving the lives of soldiers and ensuring that the task is completed in such a way that losses of personnel are kept to a minimum. This is the NATO principle of warfare. And what I saw in the brigade is really fascinating — modern warfare — about technology, intelligence, planning and huge resources (primarily material)
3. Brigade commander Ihor Obolenskyi is a real leader, a trusted leader whose authority is beyond doubt. I saw the top level of professionalism and fanatical dedication to my work. He is an unusual military man — a business man who wages war as a strategist and manager. And most importantly, very smart. It is without question suitable for C-level of any business that I have seen in Ukraine
4. War gaming, which I participated in, is definitely a case for any world-class business school. I’m just delighted. You have no idea how this war is waged and what kind of cosmos it is that is happening in the «Chartiya».
5. If the material support of such a brigade was commensurate with the material support of the enemy, they would «carry out» them in one wicket.

The co-founder of monobank emphasized that the main reason for the successful project is strong managers and the teams formed by them. «And the army is certainly no exception,» he added.
