The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 692 of May 30, 2026 , which amended Resolution No. 76 regarding the reservation of military personnel and the designation of enterprises as critical. For businesses, this means that the status of a critical enterprise should no longer be perceived as “received and forgotten for a year.” They actually want to restart the system: criticality criteria will be revised, current decisions will be checked, and salary and personnel indicators will become even more sensitive.
