The head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, Mykhailo Fedorov, recalled that the Ministry of Digital Affairs has been working on artificial intelligence tools for some time. Some of them have already been implemented in government services, and some are just waiting for their time. Here are five interesting cases.

Mikhail Fedorov believes that after the launch of the national LLM, there will be even more AI tools. Here are the ones that are already known:

  1. AI chatbot «Natalka» is already working and helps potential partners integrate Diya’s services. The chatbot processes basic requests, helps choose an integration scenario, and then transfers communication to a real person. Results in 5 months: 2,300+ requests processed, the workload on managers decreased by 30%.
  2. AI assistant in «Diya» — will soon appear on the «Diya» portal. The assistant will help you choose the right service for a specific life situation and answer the most popular questions.
  3. AI for job generation — helps quickly generate structured job descriptions. AI can also make a job more creative, for example, by adding a fun description.
  4. Digital expertise of regulatory and legal acts — we are already testing it in the team. AI helps lawyers analyze regulatory and legal acts and upload them to the system. Result: 35% of acts are processed by AI tools in 72 hours.
  5. AI analysis and translation of European legislation — analyzes European legislation and compares it with Ukrainian. This significantly simplifies and accelerates harmonization, which is a mandatory process for European integration.
