Within 45 days, the developer sent 96 job applications to 72 companies that work with Unity projects.
«I found 7 companies and vacancies (to which I responded) thanks to successful queries in ChatGPT. I would have searched for them manually in the vastness of the Internet for much longer,» Mark Tsemma shared on LinkedIn.

Mark notes that before sending his CV, he always tried to find a company on LinkedIn and additionally wrote and reminded about himself in personal messages to the relevant managers and HR of these companies. He also actively used networking and expanded his network of acquaintances every day.
Out of 96 applications, 49 received feedback.
«This is 51%, but this percentage was significantly lower in February (around 30%, it started to grow significantly in March),» the developer noted, adding detailed statistics.

Mark also noted that the most interested employers were on the Djinni.co platform, although there are much fewer vacancies there than on LinkedIn or on the studios' websites.

Mark Tsemma received an offer along with the rest. As he wrote, it’s a real match and connection between him and the team.
