The founder of the FRACTAL group of IT companies, Artem Borodatyuk, promised a $5,000 bonus to anyone who would help fill the position of CEO of 31 Group, a group of social projects that is part of FRACTAL’s corporate social responsibility.

«Friends, are there any super-clear, systematic managers in the public sector? Recommend them for the CEO 31 Group vacancy — I’ll give you a $5,000 bonus,» Borodatyuk addressed the LinkedIn community.
According to him, they have been trying to fill this position for almost three months, but have not yet found a suitable specialist.
Borodatyuk added that they are looking for a systems manager who, to quote:
all events, meetings, happenings and milestones are on the calendar, not in your head;
the organizational structure is described — who is responsible for what and how everything works;
there are tables, manuals, SOPs that cover key processes;
if someone from the team leaves, the work does not stop;
knows how to build the financial sustainability of a public organization — does not depend on one donor, even if it is large;
a person learns management, watches content, reads books, grows;
and most importantly, it calculates, analyzes, develops, and doesn’t just stay afloat.
The founder of FRACTAL clarified that he would be ready to pay the announced reward after the candidate for the position passes the probationary period.
At the same time, the vacancy posted on the FRACTAL website states that the employer has the following requirements for the candidate’s hard skills:
3 years of work experience in a management position (CEO, COO or Head of Dept) in the social sphere or business;
experience in attracting investments;
experience in preparing and implementing grant projects;
English proficiency at level B2+;
experience working with budgets, P&L, fundraising or business models of social projects;
experience managing 20+ employees;
working according to the OKR principle or Management by objectives.
