Critically important enterprises in frontline areas will be able to reserve all employees — Government decision

What the changes entail:

• Reservation of up to 100% of military personnel is provided for employees of critical enterprises that actually operate in areas of possible hostilities or active hostilities for which the date of completion of hostilities has not been set. The specified territories are included in the relevant List of the Ministry of Development;
• The change in the booking limit will be carried out through the "Diya" portal by the state body that recognized the enterprise as critically important, based on the application of the regional military administrations, at the place of actual operation of the enterprise.

The booking procedure remains unchanged, the Ministry of Economy notes .

• The enterprise must be included in the list of critical enterprises upon submission by the authorized body.
• Applications and notifications are submitted exclusively electronically through the "Diya" portal.
• The company forms and submits booking lists independently.
