Kryvoshapko began his career at the postal operator in 2003 as an accountant, and in 2006 he headed the development department at Novaya Poshta.
He later held the positions of regional director and national director before heading NovaPay in April 2016.

On the same day, the CEO of Nova Poshta in Poland, Sergey Karputev, announced that he was leaving the company.
At the end of June, it became known that Novaya Poshta had undergone large-scale layoffs in the communications sector — more than 20 specialists were being laid off.
