Yuriy Butusov noted that the DeepState map showing the almost complete encirclement of the village of Makarivka in the Donetsk region is true. But the Ukrainian troops in the village of Makarivka were not surrounded. «There are several fighters from one of our battalions remaining in the area of the village, I am in touch with the servicemen of this battalion, and I received detailed information about the situation. This data was also confirmed to me by one of the commanders of the Donetsk OTU. That is, DeepState did not lie, and the responsibility for the report about the encirclement of the troops lies with completely different sources. The Khortytsia OSUV is right that our troops in Makarivka are not actually surrounded,» he added.
