According to the Ministry of Defense, during the assessment, experts checked over 160 requirements in the field of cyber defense. The check lasted two months and was conducted by one of the international companies. The specialists analyzed the system architecture, means of protection, verification methodology and the effectiveness of already implemented solutions.
Separately, the Vezha module, which is responsible for real-time battlefield video analysis, supports voice interaction and collaborative video decoding, was evaluated. The Avengers platform, which uses artificial intelligence to automatically detect enemy equipment, including tanks, combat vehicles and light vehicles, was also tested. Both solutions are part of the DELTA ecosystem, which is used for situational awareness, operational planning, reconnaissance and working with video streams.
The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the key result of this verification is not only the formal compliance with the requirements. After scaling, the system retained a high level of security, which directly affects the stability of its operation, the protection of official information, and the security of the personal data of the military. This is critical for combat digital systems, because any weaknesses in cyber defense can affect not only data, but also the speed of decision-making on the battlefield.
The previous independent evaluation of DELTA was completed in July 2024, and then the system also confirmed compliance with the established standards. The new verification shows that after the development of the platform and the appearance of new modules, its architecture has not lost its stability. In fact, we are talking about confirming that DELTA remains not just a working digital tool for the military, but a system that is trying to scale without compromising cybersecurity.
