The Uklon company clarifies the structure of demand by class: the largest number of orders fell on «Standard» (42.7%) and «Comfort» (41.4%), another 14,7% was formed by «Business». The average check for a trip across Ukraine that day was 237 UAH. The service recorded the highest intensity of orders in the evening «window» from 16:00 to 20:00, when trips are traditionally shifted towards restaurants, train stations and shopping and entertainment centers.
The company also revealed the most popular destinations in individual cities. In Kyiv, the top destinations were the Central Railway Station, the Navigator residential complex, the River Mall shopping mall, and the Respublika Park shopping mall. In Lviv, the most popular destinations were the Central Railway Station, the Victoria Gardens shopping mall, and the Stryisky residential complex. In Odessa, the City Center shopping mall, Deribasivska Street, and the Gagarin Plaza shopping mall were among the leaders in terms of destinations. For the Inclusive class in Kyiv and Lviv, the most popular destinations were hospitals and medical complexes, as well as shopping malls.
In parallel with the trips, activity in Uklon Delivery increased. Couriers and drivers working with the service covered a total of almost 345,000 km, and the average check for a delivery order was 280 UAH. Flowers were most often ordered. Among the top locations for delivery, the company highlights «Eurasia», Honey and Sushi Master in Kyiv, Tikithai, Sushi Master and «Privitov» in Lviv. In Odessa, the leaders were Sushi Master, Make my cake and Raki.est, in Kharkiv — MAO, Gastro fish and MAFIA, in Dnipro — Sushi Family, Rock & Roll and Sushi Story.
Another marker of a «peak» day is the Uklon loyalty program: on February 14, users exchanged almost half a million «mediators» for discounts and offers from partners. The top ones were discounts on «Business» class travel, as well as bonuses from LOKO, EVA.UA, and Kyivstar TV packages.
Days with sharp peaks in demand for ride-hailing and delivery services are a test of the ability to simultaneously maintain service quality, distribute cars between districts, and «switch» part of the demand between trip classes and delivery, without compromising the time of placing and fulfilling orders.
