A beta test of the enforcement documents service has been launched in the «Diya» application. It should simplify the path from a court decision that has entered into legal force to submitting documents for forced collection or other actions against the debtor, without going to court and paperwork.
As reported by «Diya», the executive document is the official basis for initiating the forced execution of a decision. In the beta version, users will be able to receive the document online, automatically fill out an application for submission, and track the status of the execution on their smartphone. The service team also emphasizes that this should replace queues, waiting, and correspondence with executors, who previously often required personal visits and paper copies.
«Diya» has opened a set of testers to test the service on real cases and collect feedback before a wider launch. The conditions for participation are as follows: you must be a citizen of Ukraine, have a RNOKPP and a court decision that has entered into legal force and requires enforcement. Registration for the beta test is done through a form on the «Diya» website .
Separately, «Diya» emphasizes the transparency of the process: the user will be able to see at what stage the decision is being implemented and receive status updates faster than in traditional paper communication.
«Diya» is gradually expanding the set of services related to legally significant actions and documents. In parallel, the state is modernizing digital interaction between courts, registries, and executors to reduce the number of manual operations and dependence on paper copies.
