Two suspects in the case of the military system "Dzvin" were given preventive measures in the form of 2 million UAH bail
There are four main suspects in the case of embezzlement of funds during the creation of the military system "Dzvin". Last week, a preventive measure was applied to the former chief of the signal troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On March 10 and 11, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court imposed a preventive measure on two more defendants.

As a reminder, UAH 722 million of budget funds were spent on the project, of which UAH 246 million was allegedly wasted. Among the suspects in the case of embezzlement of funds at the Dzvin defense system:
former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General;
former Chief of the Signal Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major General;
former head of the Automation Development Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, colonel;
The director of a private company is the main executor of the contract.
On March 4, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court imposed a preventive measure on the former commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' communications forces. According to the Ukrainian Police, this is Volodymyr Rapko.
On March 10, the court imposed a preventive measure on Yuri Pastukhov, the director of Everest Limited LLC. The next day, it was imposed on the former head of the Automation Development Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the UP, this is Viktor Artikhovych.
According to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP), the investigating judge of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court applied the same preventive measure to both of them in the form of a bail of UAH 2 million.
Among the procedural obligations imposed on suspects are not being allowed to leave Kyiv and the region without permission and wearing an electronic monitoring device.
In March 2021, the investigation of Serhiy Galchinsky, a military programmer and one of the authors of "Delta", who conducted an audit of the "Dzvin" system and concluded that it was unreliable, was made public. The Ministry of Defense noted that the system could not be put into operation until the investigation was completed and stopped funding the development.
In November, NABU began investigating the case of the Dzvin system for UAH 600 million.
