EPAM Systems announced a change in management. Arkady Dobkin is leaving the position of CEO. Who is his successor?

Founder and CEO Arkady Dobkin will become the company’s executive chairman, the company said in a statement. He will be succeeded by Balazs Fejes, who will become president and CEO. Fejes joined EPAM more than 20 years ago, was EPAM’s first CTO, and led operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific. He currently serves as President of Global Business & Chief Revenue Officer.

Arkady Dobkin is the founder and CEO of EPAM Systems, Inc. Under his leadership, EPAM has grown from a startup with Eastern European roots in New Jersey to a global leader in digital transformation services, digital platform development, and consulting.

As Executive Chairman, Mr. Dobkin will continue to execute on the company’s vision and future success. He will focus on driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the continuity of EPAM’s mission as the company enters the next phase of its journey. Mr. Dobkin will continue to be actively involved in shaping EPAM’s long-term strategic direction, maintaining key relationships with clients, partners and investors, providing guidance on key strategic initiatives and promoting the company’s brand globally.
