dev.ua learned about this from the scene of the events at the IT Arena in Lviv. On the slide, which Fedorov called a «small spoiler», Diia.AI explains the new function to the user and demonstrates the Diia bank card with the Visa label in the interface. This frame looks like preparation for a scenario when the card registration and issuance are launched directly from a conversation with an assistant: the assistant consults, collects minimal data, pulls up the available registry information and offers to confirm the issuance. Fedorov did not specify who exactly will be the issuer and processing partner.
In 2025, the Diya card could be ordered through partner banks — in the format of familiar banking channels. Integration into Diya.AI potentially reduces «friction»: the user does not search for the desired section of the application and does not go to a third-party bank application, but goes through the registration process in one dialog box — with prompts, automatic filling of fields, and Diya.Signature for consent.
There were no answers on stage about the service model (which bank will issue the card, who will be responsible for KYC/AML checks), the type of card (virtual/plastic), the tariffs, and whether there will be an instant issuance in a «virtual» card with subsequent plastic registration. It was also not announced whether it will be a «white label» solution of the bank under the «Diya» brand, or a classic co-branded card.

The launch of the card in the Diya.AI assistant itself logically fits into this framework: a single point of entry for government services, financial payments, and everyday transactions. If the product is truly combined with the «single card» project, it may receive not only payment functions, but also the roles of a transport, social, or identification card — depending on the usage scenario.
Expected steps include public disclosure of the issuing bank, rules and tariffs, a list of supported payment scenarios (offline/online, P2P, NFC payments), as well as answers to privacy questions: how exactly the AI assistant interacts with payment data and where the line between tips from Diya.AI and the bank KYC procedure is drawn. Until the official announcement, these details remain open, but the «spoiler» shown today signals: financial services are entering Diya.AI not as an experiment, but as the next big case for the mass user.
