«The most popular stacks, as before, remain DevOps, Python, and QA,» she noted in an interview with Channel 24.
According to the top manager, training plays a major role in developing competencies.
Also, according to her, the widespread use of AI also affects the requirements for candidates.
«However, from our experience, if we evaluate the fate of projects that require the implementation of AI, the Machine Learning part will account for no more than 20% of the work. That is, specialists with these skills, although becoming more in demand, are still not included in the TOP-3,» said Shcherbakova.
