However, later, in a conversation with the «white hacker» Mykyta Knysh, he did provide some figures.
«I don’t want to be harsh, but this is a very small number,» Ihor Smilyansky answered a question from Mykyta Knysh about the number of Ukrposhta employees with a salary of over UAH 100,000 in the «Mom’s Hacker Podcast.»
According to Igor Smilyansky, some IT workers receive more than the average salary of Ukrposhta management. Finally, he confirmed Mykyta Knysh’s words that fewer than 20 people will receive a salary of more than 100,000 UAH in the company, including IT workers. The CEO of Ukrposhta added that he could be wrong in the numbers, but it is definitely up to 30 people. «There are IT developers who get paid a pittance because they have to write programs,» he explains.
Smilyansky also added that in three years, Ukrposhta has switched to a new ERP system, payment system, tracking system, electronic document management system, and a mobile application for employees has also appeared.
«That’s all the top managers are,» he also stated, adding in response that he had closed all directorates and branches, and also noted that he personally combines three positions: CEO, COO, and sales director.
Ihor Smilyansky also recalled that when he took over as CEO, the Ukrposhta administration had about 5,000 employees, and now it has about 300-400 people. «We have automated everything,» he explains.
