«There are a lot of managers in our country, but there are very few engineers. There are even fewer designers. We are constantly running around looking for those who are suitable for us,» Martin Brest said about the difficulties in finding qualified specialists for UAV production,writes Ukrainska Pravda.
According to him, difficulties arise not only at the search stage. After a person starts working, a specialist can be mobilized, as Brest says, right at the factory.
According to him, this mostly happens in the first weeks of work, when a specialist is registered for work. «We hire a person, their full name will appear in the „Diya“ register, we send them for booking. This booking may be given, but in three days, or maybe, like now, they will not give it, when out of 17 people we sent for approval, three were rejected,» says Martyn Brest.
According to him, no one can explain the reasons for the refusal, and employees go to work at their own peril and risk, because, as Martin says, just the other day the district CCC stopped two guys who worked for him and who simply did not have time to book. Explanations that they work for a defense enterprise did not help.
«I don’t want to pile on the CCC, there are many people there who work normally, communicate normally, but for some reason this is how mobilization looks in our country right now,» adds Brest.
