As reported by DOU with reference to the updated government program. The service will allow the CCC to reduce the amount of paperwork by approximately 15% each month. In parallel, the Ministry of Defense is developing electronic offices for enterprises, where data on conscripts, military conscripts and reservists will be recorded. This should make the accounting process more transparent and less bureaucratic.
There are also plans to launch a pilot of electronic military personnel registration for individual units by December 2025, which will allow for the automation of personnel management. A separate block concerns the digitalization of the Military Medical Corps: this year they promise to scale the medical information system to the level of pilot brigades so that military personnel can receive services online.
Other digital services were also not left without attention. The updated version of «Army+» will feature functions for ordering supplies, access to three online documents, a new notification center, and four additional services in the «Pluses» section.
In addition, Ukraine is preparing to launch joint production with Denmark and the Netherlands, as well as to agree on the so-called Drone Deal with the US. The model involves «quasi-export»: 80% of the produced weapons will remain for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the rest for partners.
The government’s strategic steps include a norm that at least 50% of armaments funds should go to the purchase of Ukrainian weapons. This is part of a larger plan to integrate defense innovations into the state’s digital ecosystem. According to officials, the digitalization of accounting and medical processes will significantly reduce the burden on the system, as well as speed up decision-making in the rear and at the front.
