As Natalia said , during her so-called "cold LinkedIn experiment," she sent 14 messages to recruiters. As a result, she received only 1 response: "We have a common flow for all candidates."
In addition, she sent 9 messages regarding HRBP vacancies, where she is even familiar with HRD in absentia. As a result, only 1 message was read and 0 responses.
HR suggests that a possible reason for the silence from recruiters is that they receive a large number of messages and resumes. "But the hiring manager - there must be a slightly different situation there, why it doesn't work - I don't know."
"Moral: LinkedIn is not a magic wand, direct contact is not a guarantee of success at all. I even thought, maybe it's better not to do this at all?", - HR summed up.
