«They are mostly Colombians. Their culture is similar to Ukrainian — and, to be honest, this surprised even us. Interestingly, in Colombia, SoftServe, a Ukrainian company, is treated better than an American one. Because they feel that it is not just a business structure. We are a company with values. We invest in the development of people. And this is noticeable,» Kitsmey emphasized in an interview with Channel 24.
He added that the company is based on people. « This is key. We have such a phrase — we are in the people business. Yes, we are a company that provides technological services. But at the heart of it are people. We develop, support, help grow,» said the co-founder of the largest Ukrainian outsourcer.
Kitsmey is convinced: it is impossible to get a happy customer without a successful employee. «SoftServe invests in the success of our people, and they make customers successful, develop the business. This is the basic principle,» he said.
Recall that in addition to Colombia, SoftServe has offices in Mexico and Chile.
