The Ministry of Defense will add notifications about the preparation and sending of summons to "Reserve+" from 2026

In 2026, users of the Reserve+ application will be able to receive notifications when a summons is generated or sent to them. The option is promised to be made voluntary: it will need to be separately enabled in the settings.

The new function is the responsibility of the Main Department of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Defense: the head of the department, Oleg Berestovy, explained that «Reserve+» will show the status of the processing of the summons in the user’s electronic account, and will not replace paper delivery. This became known according to the publication of the Patriots of Ukraine portal, which refers to the comment of the Ministry of Defense.

The idea is for a person to see in advance that their case is already moving in the system: a summons is being formed or sent to the CCC. This should reduce the number of «sudden» visits and conflicts on the street, as well as add transparency to military registration procedures. Notifications will become available only with the user’s consent, so no one will impose a new option.

In parallel, Reserve+ plans to expand the block related to administrative offenses under military registration. The Ministry of Defense says it will be possible to track the review of relevant cases in the application — from recording the violation to imposing a fine. This should simplify communication with the CCC and reduce chaos around «black marks» in the register.

«Reserve+» is gradually becoming the main point of contact for citizens with the military registration system. Through the application, you can check your data in the «Oberig» registry, update information, and also see marks about violations of registration rules or pay a fine for untimely changing the place of registration. Earlier, the appearance of online payment of such fines was reported by Ukrainian media with reference to the Ministry of Defense.

The new notifications about summonses logically continue this course towards the «digitization» of military registration. At the same time, the department admits that this is a tool for transparency and advance information, and not a replacement for legally significant procedures. In the future, the Ministry of Defense promises to further expand the functionality of «Reserve+» so that the maximum part of interaction with military registration and enlistment offices can be tracked and controlled online.

Previously, dev.ua wrote about how the Reserve+ applicationwill now display photos of military personnel. Previously, it was impossible to identify a person by photograph — the application did not pick up the image.
