The Ministry of Defense explained the step-by-step algorithm for obtaining equipment under the "Drone Army Bonus" program through DOT-Chain Defence
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has published clear instructions for units of the Defense Forces: how to convert e-points accrued for confirmed kills into drones, electronic warfare equipment, and ground robotic complexes, place an order in Brave1 Market, and receive it through DOT-Chain Defence in an average of 10 days.
The procedure is explained in detail on the Ministry of Defense website. The «Bonus Drone Army» program is implemented by the Defense Procurement Agency (DPA) and the Brave1 cluster; digital logistics, document flow, and supply tracking are provided by the DOT-Chain Defence platform. The Delta ICS and the Brave1 Market marketplace are used in parallel.
The algorithm starts with the authorization of the unit’s responsible persons in Delta. Here, the military uploads videos and photos confirming the hits; after verification, e-points are credited to the balance. Then, a catalog of Ukrainian UAVs, electronic warfare systems, and IRCs with characteristics and availability is available in Brave1 Market; the unit forms a basket and confirms the order, indicating the united territorial community for transfer. The operational details of the transfer are agreed directly with the manufacturer.
After placing an order, it is automatically transferred to DOT-Chain Defence. Responsible persons of the unit get access to an office where they can see the statuses, planned terms and delivery route, and also sign expense invoices digitally. After the actual delivery, an acceptance and transfer act is formed, which is signed by three parties — the supplier, the unit commander and the AOZ; at this point the cycle is closed with payment.
To work in DOT-Chain Defence, the AOZ requests the data of the responsible persons from the military unit by an official letter; in response, the military unit determines the persons authorized to accept and sign the acts. After a short training, access is activated. Currently, the average time from order to receipt is about 10 days.
Important: equipment received through the Bonus Drone Army is additional — it is supplied through a separate channel and does not replace centralized provision. Beck: the transition to DOT-Chain Defence digitalized the selection of nomenclature, logistics tracking, and document signing, which reduced delays «on paper» and made it possible to deliver proven Ukrainian solutions to the front faster to units.
Previously, dev.ua wrote about how from now on the military can receive electronic warfare equipment directly from the manufacturer through the Ministry of Defense’s digital system DOT-Chain Defence as part of the «Drone Army Bonus» program.
