The Ministry of Defense digitized another 56 paper documents in military units
In military units where property is already managed digitally, it was forbidden to duplicate the same data in paper journals, books, and reports. This affected the units themselves the most, where 56 paper forms were canceled.
In military units where property is already managed digitally, it was forbidden to duplicate the same data in paper journals, books, and reports. This affected the units themselves the most, where 56 paper forms were canceled.
The Ministry of Defense announced that it has amended orders No. 440, No. 300, No. 81, and No. 35 for this purpose. The new rules apply where the Logistics Management System or other digital solutions for accounting for military property are already in operation. If information has already been entered into the system, it can no longer be repeated on paper.
The largest reduction fell precisely on military units, where 56 documents were removed. But the changes were not limited to them. In the support services of military management bodies, another 28 paper forms were canceled, in territorial support units 16, in warehouses 12, in subdivisions 15. That is, paper accounting was cut along the entire chain, from the place of storage and issuance of property to the management bodies that generate reporting.
Separately, the Ministry of Defense has changed several procedures that directly affect the speed of provision. The transfer of property into operation now occurs automatically in the system, without paper acts to change the category from a new one to one that is already in use. The supply of defense goods has also been simplified. Property can be given to parts by way of a bill of lading, and the act for payment can be drawn up in parallel, without delaying the transfer due to waiting for signatures.
Another important change concerns drones. After they arrive at a unit, they can now be immediately disassembled and the components can be accounted for separately. This allows the unit to transfer exactly the part of the complex that is needed at the moment. For example, only the board, if the launcher and control station are already in place.
The new rules do not mean a complete rejection of paper for everyone without exception. They concern precisely those units and structures where digital accounting has already been launched. That is, the Ministry of Defense is trying not only to reduce the number of forms, but also to eliminate double accounting, when the same data is first entered into the system and then rewritten manually.
Previously, dev.ua wrote about how the Ministry of Defense denies that any significant innovations are planned in Ukraine from April 1 regarding the mobilization process and reform of the work of the CCC, as various media have been writing about for a long time.
