According to the Ministry of Digital, in parallel with the development of a large national language model, the state is also starting to create smaller models for individual areas. One of the areas is the judicial system. There, AI is planned to be used to prepare draft court decisions to speed up the consideration of cases. Another area is a language model for services in «Diya», which will be trained on data about state services.
The ministry explains that Beyond.pl will provide GPU infrastructure on which these models will be trained. The idea is that state AI services will be developed in a secure and controlled environment without the risk of sensitive data leaks. This is important for the state, because we are not just talking about chatbots or auxiliary tools, but about systems that have to work with services for citizens and potentially with sensitive information.
Separately, the Polish company will join the creation of the Ukrainian AI Factory. This is the infrastructure on which the state wants to deploy its own solutions in the field of artificial intelligence. Beyond.pl should help with data storage centers, as well as with practical training of Ukrainian specialists in working with such systems.
WINWIN AI Center of Excellence will receive access to DGX B200 and NVIDIA Run:ai. According to the Ministry of Digital, similar technologies are planned to be used in the Ukrainian AI Factory, which they want to deploy this year. That is, this cooperation is needed not only for individual models, but also for the team to work in advance with the infrastructure that will then be built in Ukraine.
Beyond.pl is a partner of Nvidia and positions itself as the first commercial operator of AI Factory in Central and Eastern Europe. For Ukraine, this agreement is important because the state is trying to build its own AI solutions for specific tasks, and not just test trendy tools without a clear application. If this plan is implemented, artificial intelligence will begin to be built into state services and internal systems as a working tool, and not as an experiment.
