"Letters came even to those who had been paying taxes all this time." "Theronlifans" commented on the situation with law enforcement raids on Onlyfans models
The co-founder of the "Theronlifans" movement shared her feelings about the current situation in which creators of "strawberry content" have found themselves.
The co-founder of the "Theronlifans" movement shared her feelings about the current situation in which creators of "strawberry content" have found themselves.
Co-founder of the Teronlifans movement, Anastasia Kuchmenko, in a comment to dev.ua, spoke about the recent situation reported by the media, when Onlyfans models were searched by law enforcement officers, and how the movement's participants reacted to this.
About Theronlifans
In the spring and summer of 2022, the “Teronlifans” movement gained popularity in Ukraine. Its participants — girls and boys — send candid photos (sluts) to those who donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The photos are usually erotic in nature, but are not pornography. At the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, “Teronlifans” had 40 participants, and by the fall of 2023, about 12 remained, 2 of them boys. The average donation check at the end of last year was about 500 UAH in Ukraine and $10–20 from foreigners abroad.
"We had a big conversation when letters from the tax office started coming in. They even came to those who had been paying and understood how to pay taxes all this time," the interlocutor noted.
She added that people agree to pay taxes, but face two questions: how to do it "legally" and at the same time, so that they don't get searched afterwards.
"So far, I haven't heard from my family about coming to them. If this happens, we will stand up for everyone, because, in our opinion, this is absurd. I hope that everyone who received a letter from the tax office was able to "untangle" this situation and none of them will be at risk anymore," said Anastasia Kuchmenko.
At the same time, "Theronlifans" "does not wear "rose-colored glasses" and once again emphasize that the bill on decriminalization is timely.
"Because it means that we are again 'fighting' against our own people and our vector of the real enemy is directed in the wrong direction. Which is sad, but from time to time it is true. The only thing I can advise is to have people on hand who, at the legal level, will be able to help those who fall foul of the 'law of public morality,' as they say," the interlocutor added.
Of course, as a citizen of this country, I am in favor of Onlyfans models paying taxes, but how can we do that when they can still fall under the article?, - ponders Anastasia Kuchmenko.
“So you have to think about how to protect your ass not only from missiles, but also not to hear a knock on the door after a “general purchase” in times like these? Great!”, concluded the co-founder of “Theronlifans.”
For reference
In Ukraine, Article 301 of the Criminal Code “Import, production, sale and distribution of porn” applies. It applies to persons who illegally produce, store, distribute, sell or transport pornographic materials, force minors or underage persons to participate in the creation of such products or involve minors in this. The liability provided is fines from 1,000 to 4,000 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or imprisonment for a term of up to 12 years, depending on the severity of the crime. Payment of taxes is equivalent to legalizing activities on OnlyFans and may attract the attention of law enforcement agencies, the creators of the platform interviewed told Forbes.
As a reminder, on November 11, the Verkhovna Rada registered a bill proposing to amend Article 301 of the Criminal Code. In July, an OnlyFans model was fined UAH 35,700 in Kyiv for producing and selling porn. And in October, the OnlyFans creator paid UAH 13.2 million in taxes after the tax office “involved” the girl in declaring her income.
At the same time, it became known that the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine (BEB) came to search two OnlyFans models allegedly due to intentional tax evasion, although they had done so a month earlier.
Previously, dev.ua reported that more than 5,000 Ukrainian models who create paid content on the OnlyFans online platform earned about $123 million in income during 2020–2022.

"A group of people burst into my parents' apartment to search them. They told my mother that I was facing 12 years in prison." The BEB came to search two OnlyFans models, who together paid almost $950,000 in taxes to the budget
