According to him, this agent analyzes your CV and shows the real percentage of correspondence with a specific vacancy, and also finds the best job options on the market for a specific specialist.
Also, according to the developer, it allows you to rewrite your CV for a specific vacancy and write a cover letter.
In addition, users have the ability to «manage» their vacancies to which they have applied, change statuses, specify their own budget, etc.
Shaldeev called his tool a full-fledged CRM for job searching.
According to Vladislav Shaldeev, there are two real reasons why specialists' resumes are ignored.
«The first is a miss-match. Even if it seems like you’re a good fit, the system sees it differently. And the second is ATS. Most companies use automatic selection systems. If your CV is not optimized, people simply won’t see it,» the specialist says.
Shaldeev added that currently the beta version of the service features 4,800 active vacancies, which are updated daily, and the service uses 12 job search sources, including DOU, Djinni, Hiring Cafe, and LinkedIn.
Currently, the system offers only remote vacancies with a focus mainly on the Ukrainian market.
