Most often, Russian special services use the social network Telegram to recruit Ukrainians, according to the Facebook page of the Security Service of Ukraine.
Proposals for cooperation are sent to both young people and minors. For example, Russian special services may offer to set fire to buildings or vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, carry out terrorist attacks or carry out mining. In this case, you need to contact the Security Service of Ukraine. For this purpose, the official chatbot “Burn the FSBeshnik” has started working. It was created on the Telegram social network.
To use it, you need to open the chatbot at the link t.me/spaly_fsb_bot and write what crime the Russians are proposing to commit. You also need to add information about the contact who offered recruitment. The SBU guarantees confidentiality to those who contact it.
Law enforcement officials remind that criminal liability for terrorist attacks or sabotage begins at the age of 14 and provides for up to 10 years of imprisonment.
