Nova Poshta (NOVA Group of Companies) has opened a shipping service to Ukraine for customers in the United States, having agreed to cooperate with the American delivery service UPS. This is the group’s first full-fledged launch in the US market and the 17th foreign market in which the company operates.

According to Forbes Ukraine, you can send documents or a parcel weighing up to 30 kg through more than 6,000 UPS Store points across the country. You can choose the nearest point on the website or in the Nova Poshta application, after which the shipment is accepted by the partner network. The stated delivery time to Ukraine starts from seven days.
The price depends on the weight: from $25 for shipments up to 1 kg to $200 for parcels weighing more than 20 kg. The price includes insurance for shipments with an estimated value of up to $150, and for more expensive ones there is a minimum commission of 0,5%. In case of force majeure, the company promises to compensate the sender for the full estimated value of the parcel.
Co-owner of Nova Poshta Vyacheslav Klimov called the partnership strategic and announced the following steps: reducing delivery times to five days, expanding the list of services, scaling up address delivery, and launching franchised branches in major US cities. UPS acts as an infrastructure partner: it is one of the largest US logistics companies with an extensive reception and delivery network.
As of February 2026, NOVA operates in a number of European markets, including Poland, Germany, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom. In 2025, the group’s revenue increased to UAH 54 billion, and net profit was UAH 2.6 billion, which is less than the previous year.
Previously, dev.ua wrote about how Nova Poshta began providing the «Free Hands» service, which allows travelers to send luggage directly from the hotel and pick it up at a convenient destination, in particular at a branch or post office near the train station. The service is designed for those who do not want to carry suitcases around the city on the day of departure.
