Nova Poshta launched the "Free Hands" service for delivering luggage from the hotel to the train station
Nova Poshta has launched the «Free Hands» service, which allows travelers to send luggage directly from their hotel and pick it up at a convenient destination, such as a branch or post office near the train station. The service is designed for those who do not want to carry their suitcases around the city on the day of departure.
Nova Poshta has launched the «Free Hands» service, which allows travelers to send luggage directly from their hotel and pick it up at a convenient destination, such as a branch or post office near the train station. The service is designed for those who do not want to carry their suitcases around the city on the day of departure.
According to the official page of the service, delivery is arranged directly at the hotel reception. The client scans the QR code, creates a shipment in the Nova Poshta mobile application, receives a luggage tag from the administrator and leaves the suitcase for storage for further shipment. The delivery status can be tracked in the application.
Baggage checked in before 12:00 is shipped the same day. One piece of cargo can weigh up to 32 kg, and up to five pieces are allowed within one shipment. The basic cost of the service is 399 UAH. Packing and declaration of the value of the shipment are also available.
Separate conditions are provided for holders of Mastercard World Elite and World Black Edition cards issued by Ukrainian banks. For them, luggage delivery within the «Free Hands» service is free of charge, provided that it is registered via a QR code at the hotel and paid with the corresponding card. The promotion is valid until March 31, 2026.
The «Free Hands» service is part of the development of non-standard logistics scenarios by Nova Poshta, when shipments are accepted not at branches, but at the actual locations of customers. Similar formats are already used for delivery from airports, shopping malls, and business locations, and are now being extended to hotels.
Previously, dev.ua wrote about how the NOVA group published statistics on its work in Ukraine last year. Compared to 2024, the number of delivered international parcels increased by 10%.
