Defense company "Infozahyst" joins the Danish-Ukrainian holding MITS Industries and enters global markets
Ukrainian defense company Infozahyst announced its entry into the Danish-Ukrainian holding MITS Industries, which consolidates manufacturers of ground robotics, electronic warfare systems, surface drones, and UAVs. Ukrainian defense company Infozahyst announced its entry into the Danish-Ukrainian holding MITS Industries, which consolidates manufacturers of ground robotics, electronic warfare systems, surface drones, and UAVs. The merger is designed to scale development and production and open stable export channels for Ukrainian defense technologies to global markets.
The company announced the decision on Facebook. The post emphasizes that the merger within MITS Industries should strengthen the provision of modern systems to the Defense Forces and accelerate the path from development to mass production and export. The holding will include a total of five companies, including Tencore, Unwave, and Infozahyst; the new structure is positioned as a Danish-Ukrainian platform for the international expansion of the Ukrainian defense industry.
Infozahyst expects that the joint circuit will allow to synchronize R&D and production between participants, simplify certification in different jurisdictions and open access to a network of foreign partners and customers. The company emphasizes: «unity is strength», and joint efforts should contribute not only to the defense capability of Ukraine, but also to the security of Europe against the background of new threats.
The profile of Infozahyst is the development and production of electronic intelligence and signal monitoring systems, technical information protection, direction finding and drone-based complexes. The company has been operating since 2001, has its own R&D center and experimental production for tests and rapid prototyping. Integration into the holding is planned to make it possible to scale these areas and supplement them with partner developments — from land-based robotic platforms to unmanned maritime systems and electronic warfare equipment.
The context for such a step is the need to systematically enter foreign markets. Previously, the CEO of Infozahyst, Yaroslav Kalinin, warned in comments to DOU: after the end of the war, domestic defense orders will inevitably decrease, and without exports, many enterprises risk losing financial stability and personnel. Consolidation under the MITS Industries roof should become a tool for stable sales abroad and long-term partnerships.
The President of Ukraine recently announced the partial opening of defense technology exports, opening a window of opportunity for Ukrainian manufacturers who have proven their capabilities on the front lines but need access to foreign contracts and certifications. Infozahyst emphasizes that the goal of the merger into MITS Industries is to increase the pace of production, accelerate testing, and bring Ukrainian solutions to the global market, without losing focus on the primary needs of the military.
As a reminder, dev.ua previously wrote about how Infozahyst’s revenue grew to UAH 1.1 billion for the first time in 20 years. But forecasts for the end of the year are less optimistic.
