Oleksandr Fedienko reported on social media about a new trend where TRCCC employees are forcibly mobilizing employees who have documents confirming their booking. According to him, in such cases, the data is missing from the Oberig system, and paper documents are not recognized.

Employees of the communication provider, while performing their official duties, left the city of Mukachevo for the village of Solotvino, Tyachiv district, Zakarpattia region, to restore the communication line. At a checkpoint at the entrance to the settlement of Nyzhnia Apsha, they were stopped by employees of the Tyachiv RTCC and SP. One of the employees, despite the reservation documents, was sent to Uzhgorod on the same day. After moving to different military units, finally, on 20.11.2024, the employee’s reservation was recognized and on 21.11.2024 he was taken to the Tyachiv RTCC and SP. The provider’s team was returning from work on the line from the city of Bogodukhiv, Kharkiv region, in a company car and, as it turned out later, was stopped by employees of the Slobidsk RTCC and SP, who did not introduce themselves, were wearing balaclavas. When checking military registration documents, documents were presented that confirmed the presence of a reservation in the prescribed manner. However, two employees were detained, taken to the premises of the Slobidsk RTCC and SP, Kharkiv, and their mobile phones were taken away. While performing his labor duties, the provider’s employee was stopped by police representatives who, after checking the documents, despite the presence of documents on the presence of a postponement (reservation) from mobilization until January 26, 2025, he was detained and taken to the Khadzhibeysky RTCC and SP. A protocol on administrative detention was not drawn up, the detainee’s relatives were not notified of his whereabouts. Legal aid was not provided and a lawyer was not allowed. A citizen, with a valid reservation, was held in the RTCC and SP against his will for more than two weeks. Continuation of the same. Appeal. Oleksandr Fedienko noted that in fact there are much more such facts and he cited only those that he had been working on over the past week. «I would like to draw your attention, representatives of the CCC, you should not abuse your authority, balaclavas for me are like a red rag! Are you hiding from your own people?! Employees of communication operators perform extremely important work. I hope you are not working for the enemy?», — added the government official. In addition, he called on the State Bureau of Investigation to conduct an appropriate investigation.
