How to find a ticket purchased previously
Check your email — there should be a letter from Ukrzaliznytsia with a PDF ticket if you added your email to your profile in the application. Also check your spam folder — tickets may have arrived there. ⠀
Can’t find your ticket? Arrive at the train at least 20 minutes before departure. The conductor can verify the reason for travel by providing proof of payment: a record in the bank application or a receipt of payment.⠀
How to return a previously purchased online ticket
Fill out a return application. You can return your ticket no later than 1 hour before departure.⠀
If you reserved funds for automatic purchase and the ticket never arrived due to a cyberattack
Fill out a return form — we will refund your money after verification.
The refund time depends on your bank and can take up to 30 banking days.
What to do if you bought a ticket AFTER the RESUME of online sales (from March 27, 2025)
If there was a failure during payment — the money was withdrawn, but the ticket did not arrive:⠀
Wait 5–10 minutes and check your email.
If you still don’t have a ticket, describe the problem through the app in the «Feedback» section. You will either be sent a ticket or your money will be refunded.

As a reminder, on Sunday morning, March 23, Ukrzaliznytsia reported a failure in the company’s IT system. The company did not immediately indicate the reasons for the failure. In the morning, the chairman of the board of UZ admitted that an unprecedented cyberattack was carried out on the servers and IT resources of Ukrzaliznytsia — targeted, complex and multi-level. Online services are still not working.
Cyber experts also gave their first assessments of a large-scale hacker attack on the servers and IT infrastructure of Ukrzaliznytsia.
According to the company, a backup infrastructure has now been deployed in a secure environment, with all components prepared for immediate restart from backup copies of critical systems.
Chairman of the Board of UZ Oleksandr Pertsovsky said that the company is implementing compensation packages for passengers.
The company was able to partially restore services on the morning of March 27. However, passengers are still complaining about their incorrect operation.
