She shared a selection of resources that help her not to get lost in this HR-management chaos, and will be useful to other managers, leaders or HR people.

People First Club
Anastasia recommends People First Club as the largest professional club for HR, recruiters, sourcers, L&D managers and HR leaders as a useful blog, as well as YouTube, community and courses. She also emphasizes the interest in information about HR, management, corporate culture and team development.
YouTube podcasts with Head of People Yulia Kudina and CEO & Founder of People First Club Anna Golovchenko are better than Netflix for a specialist, and the courses are already on the wish list.
HURMA Community is a professional community for HR and recruiters. There is a useful blog, YouTube, and community. As well as information about HR, analytics, and process automation.
«I’m not in the community, but I’ve heard a lot of positive feedback from colleagues. You can find a lot of free useful things on the blog and on YouTube,» the specialist notes.
«I recently got hooked on podcasts, it’s really deep content without water. It’s suitable if you want more than „5 life hacks about motivation“,» emphasizes Anastasia.
