For comparison, in January-May 2025, residents of the space transferred UAH 13.4 billion to the state budget. The dynamics of tax revenue growth significantly outpaces the overall increase in the number of participating companies, which confirms the financial effectiveness of special conditions for technology businesses.
In March of this year, residents of «Diya.City» reported on the payment of income tax for the entire year 2025. Compared to the figure for 2024, these revenues increased by 35%, or by UAH 1.3 billion in monetary equivalent.
According to the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Danylo Getmantsev, the alternative taxation model is particularly popular among residents. 1,330 companies in «Diya.City» have chosen the tax on withdrawn capital (PnVK) regime, which is 39,1% of the total number of current residents. Over the past year, 526 companies switched to PnVK, while 83 refused it. In general, the share of PnVK payers in 2025 decreased by 8.3 percentage points.
As of January 1, 2026, the legal space for IT business had 3,874 residents, of which 3,399 were actively operating companies. In total, 2,179 new brands joined Diia.City over the past year, while only 249 companies left the space.
