Ukrainians are receiving messages, presumably from Oschadbank, about «loan debt.» Even people who do not have active accounts with this bank are receiving notifications, the Center for Countering Disinformation reports. In addition to SMS messages, scammers are also creating fake chatbots where they communicate with Ukrainians, copying the corporate identity of the financial institution.

All this is done to criminally seize users' banking data for further illegal actions.
