SoftServe launched its internal AI assistant SOFI — it is already used by thousands of users
SoftServe has introduced its own AI assistant, SOFI (SoftServe Intelligence AI Assistant), which helps employees quickly find the necessary corporate information and increase work efficiency. In just the first two weeks since its launch, SOFI has already been used by over 2,000 unique users, who have made about 20,000 requests to it.

As Talent Management Director Iryna Tkach told in a column for Scroll.media, the idea of creating an assistant came after internal research — company managers noted difficulties with accessing resources, onboarding newcomers, and navigating systems. In response, a cross-functional team of technical specialists, product managers, and HR experts was assembled to create a tool that meets the real needs of employees.
SOFI underwent a rigorous pilot testing with over 100 volunteers from across multiple departments. In addition, 25 content teams reviewed the quality of responses, which allowed us to identify gaps in the data structure and improve the company’s internal knowledge bases.
Special attention was paid to staff training — instructions, workshops, and prompt engineering cheat sheets were created for users, which helped them adapt to the new tool more quickly and improve interaction with it.
As a result of the launch of SOFI, employees began to spend less time on routine, receive more support and feel involved in the life of the company. And the tool itself became an example of SoftServe's innovative approach, which also has a positive impact on the employer brand. In 2025, the company plans to continue developing SOFI, expanding its functionality and role in everyday work.
