Uklon co-founders Dmytro Dubrovsky and Serhiy Smus launched the OneClan startup studio, which aims to scale startups from scratch.
According to AIN, in March, Dubrovsky registered VAN KLAN LLC, which acts as the main legal entity of the new startup studio.
Smus and Dubrovsky are presented on the studio’s website as managing partners.
The studio works on a model of selecting ideas, testing them, creating an MVP, testing in the market, and further scaling or closing the project.
In parallel with the launch of the startup studio itself, the One Clan team began searching for specialists for itself.
The company is currently looking for four specialists to work in Kyiv in a hybrid format:
According to YouControl, the ultimate beneficiary of the company is Dmytro Dubrovsky. He owns the startup studio through the venture corporate investment fund Serekano Investment, registered in September 2025. AIN draws attention to the fact that the Cypriot legal entity of another project of the Uklon co-founders called Nezlamni Fund had an almost identical name — SEREKANO TRADING AND INVESTMENTS LIMITED: an investment fund focused on Defense Tech.
The authorized capital of the One Clan company is UAH 9 million, and the company’s main activity is computer programming.
Dubrovsky filed an application for registration of the relevant trademark in April 2026, and now, according to the Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovations, the application is at the stage of formal examination.
In a comment to the publication, the entrepreneur clarified that OneClan is a separate project and is not related to his other initiatives.
As dev.ua wrote, after the agreement with Kyivstar, the co-founder of Uklon launched his own startup studio, which will work in the IT and DefenseTech areas.
