«This acquisition strengthens our reach in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, deepens our low-code and Microsoft engineering capabilities, and allows us to bring AI-powered software engineering to market through a mature delivery model. Equally important, it allows us to expand Kiandra’s specialized capabilities to the US, while providing Kiandra with the support to scale globally,» said Natalia Anyon, CEO and Founder of Svitla Systems.
Kiandra IT currently reportedly has a team of 45 professionals across Australia.
At the same time, according to Cameron Brooks, co-founder and CEO of Kiandra IT, joining Svitla Systems allows their company to expand beyond Australia.
It is known that Kiandra IT will continue to operate under the leadership of the current team.
Earlier, in an interview with dev.ua, Svitla Systems CEO Natalia Anyon spoke about opening an office in Australia, AI development, and investments in Ukrainian miltech.
