According to DOU, Tabletki.ua reported that their IT team consists of about 20 specialists, and the agreement will not affect its structure. The company also noted that after signing the documents, the parties will remain separate legal entities. Tabletki.ua will retain independence in key operational and management issues, and Kyivstar will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions through the Supervisory Board.
The deal to acquire Tabletki.ua was closed on February 10. The amount was $160 million. Prior to this, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved the concentration in late January, which opened the way for the transaction to be completed.
Tabletki.ua operates as a drug ordering service and, according to the company, cooperates with over 14,000 pharmacies across Ukraine. DOU also provides financial figures: for the period from September 2024 to September 2025, the value of orders through the service amounted to UAH 57.3 billion, and the company’s net profit was estimated at $20 million. The material also mentions VEON’s assessment, according to which the deal corresponds to a multiplier of 8,0x to EBITDA.
