According to the Air3F press release, the new platform has its own carbon frame designed for specific application scenarios. The drone supports both single and double reset, which allows it to be adapted to various tasks without a noticeable loss of flight stability even under load.
The company positions the «Mangush» not as an experimental model, but as a practical tool for everyday work. The maximum payload of the platform is up to 9 kg in a single-drop configuration. In the double-drop version, the drone can carry up to 3.5 kg on each suspension point.
The declared characteristics of the «Mangus» include a flight duration of up to 35 minutes, a range of up to 15 km and a maximum speed of up to 110 km/h. ELRS or TBS systems can be used for control, and the video channel is built on a digital system with two «Clover» type antennas in the 5.3–5.9 GHz range.
Air3F places special emphasis on design solutions. The drone has its own folding leg mechanism, which should ensure stability during landing and resetting. The control and video antennas are located in different parts of the board, which, according to the developers, should improve communication stability and reduce the risk of signal loss in difficult conditions.
After a series of tests, the company transferred the «Mangush» into mass production and declares the model’s readiness for widespread use.
«Mangush» is not a single development for Air3F. On its website, the company positions itself as a manufacturer of comprehensive solutions for unmanned systems and, in addition to UAVs, sells ground control stations, antennas, masts, repeaters and other components for drone operation. The Air3F product line also includes the ground robotic complex Varkhan, and among the serial solutions are the FPV platforms «Bomber» and «Postman» and the ground stations T-Bone 5 and T-Bone Digital Walksnail.
