According to the company's report, it is currently working on creating AI chatbots that work across multiple communication channels, with a strong focus on data security. In 2025, the company plans to scale the tool to handle incoming calls and introduce text-based AI chat that will automatically respond to callers.
"The company plans to create AI-based chatbots to automate communication with subscribers in various communication channels. At the same time, each AI product is developed in compliance with the highest requirements for ensuring data security... In the future, PJSC "VF Ukraine" is considering the possibility of selling its AI solutions for the needs of other companies," Interfax-Ukraine reports , citing a Vodafone Ukraine report.
According to Vodafone, operators that work with AI support show up to 15% better efficiency, and revenue per operator increases by an average of 12%.
In June 2024, the company already introduced the digital AI assistant "Daria", which helps contact center employees - provides tips, monitors their implementation and speeds up workflows. The technology integrates OpenAI Whisper, Llama, Claude, NeMo, DeepSpeech and other solutions. The system uses voice-to-text, text-to-text and quick answers from the knowledge base.
Vodafone Ukraine also uses AI in base station management. According to the company's CEO Olga Ustinova, this has significantly increased business efficiency.
