The government launched an administrative fee calculator for 18 paid state services in "Diya".
The Cabinet of Ministers supported a pilot project that should transfer the calculation of administrative fees from «manual» approaches to a unified methodology based on the real costs of the state when providing services.
The Cabinet of Ministers supported a pilot project that should transfer the calculation of administrative fees from «manual» approaches to a unified methodology based on the real costs of the state when providing services.
According to the Ministry of Digital Affairs, as part of the project, a digital calculator will be created on the Diia portal, which will help determine the cost of providing public services using the updated formula. Employees of ASCs and state bodies will enter information into the system about the resources spent on a specific service, and the calculator will automatically calculate the cost indicator.
The pilot is being launched in implementation of the State Anti-Corruption Program. It will cover 18 popular paid services, among which the message mentions marriage registration, passport and driver’s license issuance, registration of residence and other services. After collecting data, the project team plans to analyze the results and prepare a report for the government. The expected result, described by the agency, is proposals for changes to the legislation to consolidate a single methodology for calculating administrative fees based on actual costs.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs emphasizes that the pilot should create a clear and unified calculation system, rather than relying on conventional approaches, and use the digital tool in «Diya» for this.
Previously, dev.ua wrote about how Ukrainians will be able to check on the map in the «Diya» application whether there is an xPON non-volatile network nearby. This will allow you to see the real technical picture and assess the continuity of the Internet, so that you can effectively plan work and study during power outages.
