The «Diya» application is starting testing a new comprehensive service for processing basic social assistance. A thousand users are invited to test the service.
As reported by the Telegram channel «Diya.Card», the new service provides monthly payments for citizens who already receive state support. Its goal is to simplify the path from submitting an application to crediting funds to the Diya.Card.
Three categories of Ukrainians are invited to take the test: recipients of assistance for low-income families, single mothers or fathers who have child support payments, as well as persons receiving temporary assistance due to non-payment of alimony to the other parent.
To become a beta test participant, you need to have a tax number registered to your account in «Diya», activated Diya.Signature and issued Diya.Card. After confirming participation, users will be able to test the service on their own experience, and their feedback will help make the service more convenient and secure.
Registration is open on the official project website, and current updates regarding the service will appear in the «Diya» application and social networks.
This is state support intended for vulnerable categories of the population. It covers part of the costs of families and single parents for the maintenance of children, and also helps people who are temporarily left without financial support due to non-payment of alimony. The new service in «Diya» should reduce the time for processing assistance from several weeks to several days.
