From now on, veterans can find employment using the "Nazustrich" platform from Work.ua. How to do it

«Nazturich» helps solve both the problems of employment of veterans and the difficulties of employers, who often do not understand how to effectively integrate such specialists into their teams.

Mykhailo Karabut, a representative of the 3rd Assault Brigade, emphasized that it is necessary to understand that the world in which a veteran is before his release is a war.

The «Nazutrich» platform offers:

• Vacancies with preference for veterans.
• Information about initiatives and organizations that support veterans in finding work and adapting to civilian life.
• Articles, news, useful materials for candidates and employers.
• List of companies that actively hire veterans.
• Access to a database of resumes of candidates with military experience.
• Checklist for assessing a company’s readiness to hire veterans.
• Successful employment cases from employers.

Currently, more than 2,238 companies on Work.ua offer vacancies with an advantage for veterans, and 5,500 resumes have been submitted by veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
