The conclusions of the VLK will be automatically transferred to "Rezerv+" and "Oberig"
The Reserve+ application should display the status of fitness for service and the date of passing the military medical commission. The Reserve+ application should display the status of fitness for service and the date of passing the military medical commission. According to representatives of the CCC, data from the VLK conclusion will be transferred to Reserve+ and the state registry «Oberig» automatically, without separate manual entry of results.
According to the Telegram channel «Legal Telegram», which refers to the comments of the CCC spokesman, the resolutions of the VLK are adopted electronically and signed by the electronic signatures of the commission members. The spokesman explains that this format allows you to accurately record the time of decision-making and leaves a digital trace of all actions: from entering data by the doctor to signing by the commission chairman, with the ability to check the consistency and completeness of the signing.
After the review is completed and the resolution is signed, the information should be synchronized between the systems: in Reserve+ the user will see the result and date, and in «Oberig» a record will be stored for military accounting. Since the decisions are signed by the CEP, the system can track who approved the conclusion and when, as well as more quickly verify the relevance of the data in the event of a repeated VLK. According to the spokesman, automatic transfer should reduce the need for paper copies and manual reconciliations in situations where previously it was necessary to bring documents separately or wait for the information to be entered manually.
The digitization of medical examinations and military records in Ukraine has been moving towards electronic documents and integration of government systems in recent years. «Oberig» accumulates the registration data of those liable for military service, and Rezerv+ is used to display part of this information to the user in digital format.
