During the report, Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that the «Technological Headquarters» is being created, which is the main ideology of the «Weapons» item in the «Resistance Plan».
«For this reason, the format of the technological Stavka is being implemented in Ukraine. In this format, we will collect the best specialists and the most useful technological ideas on a regular basis. The first meeting of the Technological Stavka will take place in early December. It is the strong defense and industrial complex of Ukraine that is capable of providing Ukraine with independence in choosing a military strategy,» confirmed the President of Ukraine.
The initiator of the creation of the Technological (or engineering) rate, the head of the volunteer project «Victory drones», Ukrainian military and the founder of the «Aerial Intelligence Support Center», Maria Berlinska, is in no hurry to be happy about this.
«I have lived in my country for too long, so I always have a cautious and restrained optimism, even for the best news,» she wrote on social networks.
The leader of «Victory drones» explained her position by the fact that she knows that our officials, during execution, know how to turn even brilliant ideas into perfectly impotent ones.
«But one thing is for sure — this is a really huge chance to hold the situation. Technologies will decide the course of the war,» she added.
